Description

There is an art to being with others, to developing harmonious relationships, in our families, our workplaces and our communities, capable of resisting the forces of division and isolation that affect us here and elsewhere in the world.

During this retreat, based on the principles and practices of the Courage & Renewal® approach, you will recognize, express, develop and renew this capacity to connect within yourself, in the presence and with the support of others, in a calm, focused and trustworthy space.

You will have the opportunity to slow down, take time to listen, share and reflect in solitude and silence, in large and small groups, using traditional and modern stories, various art forms and the inspiring environment of Le Monastère des Augustines.

You will join other people who, like you, are exploring new ways of connecting with others, in their personal or professional lives, seeking a balance between mind, heart and body.

You will discover a unique and inspiring type of community that favours deep listening and trusting relationships without judgment, without seeking to convince or demonstrate, deny or affirm, advise or correct.
