  • Accommodation for 2 nights in the restored former cloister (choice of authentic or contemporary room, shared or single options available)
  • 5 meals: 2 dinners, 1 lunch, and 2 vitality breakfasts in silence - service fees included
  • 7 yoga and meditation sessions led by Emma O’Neill
  • Access to the Museum and the heritage site

Immerse yourself in a personalized retreat, tailored to your needs, including breathing exercises, yoga sessions, healthy meals, meditations, and a chance to take in the oldest city in Canada. Enjoy a memorable experience in an exceptional rejuvenating space, whose threecentury-old heritage allows you to experience a unique sense of well-being.

This retreat is designed for anyone who needs to press pause – voice actors navigating the burnout of a demanding creative industry, yoga practitioners looking to deepen their practice, or anyone who simply needs three days away from the noise. No experience required. All levels welcome.

Emma O’Neill is a multi-award-winning voice actor and yoga teacher who figured out after a experiencing a major burnout in 2024 that sustainability beats hustle - every time. With 25+ years of teaching yoga worldwide, 13+ years as a full-time voice actor (Netflix, Mercedes-Benz, the UN), and a background in life coaching, Emma knows what a sustainable creative life actually looks and feels like. She's made 13 annual pilgrimages to Mysore, India to study at the source, studied and taught multiple methodologies across the globe, and built this retreat around one simple idea: you can't pour from an empty cup.
