Start the day on a gentle note

This meditative or contemplative walk invites you to start the day on a gentle note with an activity focused on breath and introspection. During the walk, the body moves and the spirit calms itself, promoting a state of full consciousness that enables you to experience the present moment.  
This 45-minute activity proposes lovely outdoor routes punctuated with historical anecdotes. When the weather requires it, the walk is practiced in the corridors of Le Monastère, which for many years have been paced by the Augustinians. 
For those who have trouble meditating in a static position, this activity is a good way to experiment with meditation and discover its benefits. The walk is open to everyone and brings additional energy and benefits to traditional meditation. We hope to see you there! 

During the winter, you will receive a locker key at the front desk upon your arrival. Please bring a pair of indoor shoes or sandals with you to help preserve our heritage location.

To register for daily activities on an « à la carte» basis, simply purchase your ticket at $15,50 taxes included, at Le Monastère's boutique 20 minutes before the start time.
