Tour for groups: Secrets of the Building

Le Monastère des Augustines bears witness to the principles of monastic and hospitable architecture in North America. This exceptional convent complex embodies both the memory of the Augustinian Sisters and the history of Quebec, from the beginnings of New France to its rehabilitation in 2015. An invitation to discover the history of the Augustinian Sisters through the architectural evolution of their founding monastery.

• Plan at least 15 minutes before the tour for coat check and fitting the audio guides.
• The guided tour lasts 60 minutes.
• It is important to take the season and the mobility of your participants into account so that fitting and changing time does not interfere with your tour time.
• Please note that the vaults where most of this tour takes place are difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
