$14.78 per adult
Description
“Augustinian Sisters: Healing Body and Soul” is an exhibition on the historical journey of the Augustinian Sisters, their community life and their work, bearing witness to the evolution of medical thought in Quebec since the 17th century.
The permanent exhibition traces the evolution of the Augustinian Sisters’ spiritual and social commitment through the ages. We discover their social work with the sick, their community life and their ideal of balance between action and contemplation.
Throughout the rooms, objects and archives from their monasteries-hospitals illustrate many different themes. The museographic concept of the museum is designed to provoke thought and allow visitors to immerse themselves in the place.
