Le Monastère des Augustines offers hospital stays at solidarity rates. This type of accommodation is designed for independent patients and their carers who are from outside the Quebec City area. If you need to stay near a Quebec City hospital before or after an examination, operation, treatment, or medical procedure, this service is for you.

- Accomodation in an authentic room (meals not included)
- Please note that the bathroom is located outside the room. For information on the availability and cost of rooms with private bathrooms, please inquire by contacting us directly.
- A key for direct access from Le Monastère des Augustines to the hospital (if the patient is receiving treatment at Hôtel-Dieu de Québec). Note that all other hospitals are less than 9 km from Le Monastère.
Eligibility requirements
- You must live in the region and receive health care in Quebec City, or live in the region and accompany a patient receiving health care in Quebec City.
- This type of stay is offered subject to availability until June 20, 2025.
- A long-term stay is a maximum of 10 nights.
- To benefit from this rate, you must present proof of an appointment at a Quebec City hospital for yourself or the person you are accompanying upon arrival at Le Monastère.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The number of nights available at the solidarity rate of $65 is limited. If this program is fully booked for your desired dates, you can still obtain a preferential rate of $105 per night for single occupancy and $125 per night for double occupancy in an authentic room.

For more than 400 years, the Augustinian Sisters have provided lodgings for patients and those accompanying them at Hôtel-Dieu de Québec. Today, Le Monastère des Augustines continues this tradition of hospitality for autonomous patients and their caregivers by offering comfortable accommodations and the peace of mind these people need during this delicate period. This program is designed to facilitate the treatment period for those who must receive health care in Quebec City, as well as the support of their loved ones during this challenging time.
