Description
Linda Marchand and Louise Kralka are two experienced and caring yoga teachers who will encourage and guide you to explore yoga at your own pace and level through classes combining asana practice, meditation and pranayama. Let the calm environment of the Monastère des Augustines provide the space for you to recenter and find your inner peace to carry you forward through the year.

Louise Kralka
Yoga teacher
Louise has always been passionate about movement. This passion led to a first career as a professional dancer as well as to her yoga teacher training in 2015. In the past 10 years, she has honed her skills, teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Wall yoga, Acro Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Louise teaches at studios in Montreal, at yoga festivals and at the local and international retreats that she leads with Linda Marchand. Louise takes a fun and creative approach to teaching yoga and encourages students to work to their potential within a safe and nurturing environment.
Linda Marchand
Yoga teacher
Linda is an energetic and enthusiastic teacher who loves to share her knowledge and passion for yoga. She is a former professional dancer with almost 30 years of teaching experience. Linda specializes in teaching Vinyasa, Yin, Wall Yoga, Acro Yoga and Chair Yoga for people with limited mobility. She also runs workshops on asana alignment, the science of yoga, and meditation. She teaches in the Montreal area and runs local and international retreats. Her classes combine pranayama, asanas and meditation, letting her students heighten their self-awareness and experience total wellness.
