It\u2019s a place for reflection and introspection. A place that brings us get closer to our true self by connecting us to the values, beliefs and desires that drive us. It makes it easier to acknowledge and honour our core needs. Pay attention to your breath, and to how your body is moving.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Take note of where you feel your breath most: your upper chest, your heart or your belly.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Focus on your body from top to bottom and find all the points of tension as well as the places you\u2019re most at ease.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Try visualizing, say, by imagining that you\u2019re a mountain, firmly planted and able to let your thoughts come and go like clouds across the sky.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Be mindful of thoughts as they arise, and let them run their course as you return to your inner peace.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-image\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monastere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/old\/2023\/07\/Creation-sans-titre-13-1-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8890\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Like visualization, positive thoughts and affirmations along with questions for introspection are great ways to explore inwardness. Here are some examples:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>I am enough.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>What would the best version of myself do today?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>What values matter most to me?&nbsp;<\/li><li>I am doing my best.&nbsp;<\/li><li>What do I need most?&nbsp;<\/li><li>What did I learn about myself over the past year?&nbsp;<\/li><li>Are my actions in line with my priorities and choices?&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In conclusion<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Regardless of where, when or how we experience inwardness, what matters most is to cut ourselves off from outside influence, to dig deep into our own mind and be honest with ourselves.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Inwardness is a journey back to our core essence. It provides access to a wealth of knowledge about ourselves, others and the world we live in.
