One example is to go at work by car. While commuting is time-consuming\nand tedious, it can contribute to your personal imbalance. Whether in winter or summer, you can enjoy the benefits. Furthermore, commuting by other means than car offers peace of mind by eliminating potential problems, such as mechanical breakdowns, getting aggravated in traffic\u2014all while enjoying economic and environmental benefits.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>These moments are also excellent opportunities for <a href=\"https:\/\/info.monastere.ca\/en\/when-hearts-breathe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\">cardiac coherence<\/a> sessions, an easy practice, ideally to be repeated 3 times a day. It consists of 6 inhales and exhales (5 seconds each) per minute for 5 minutes, without a break in between. How? Keep your mind focused on the present moment. Pay attention\nto the experience you are living, in and around you, without judgment. Concentrate\non your breathing, the action of your pedaling legs and the sounds around you.\nLet your thoughts flow, like clouds moving across the sky. This practice may\nhelp to reduce your stress about the tasks at work or issues in your personal\nlife. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>Practicing mindfulness meditation\ncan reduce stress and anxiety, while improving certain cognitive functions,\nsuch as the ability to concentrate and pay attention.
