This is a gourmet vegetarian meal that is light and full of vitality.\nThis recipe is ideal for those of you who are prone to drowsiness and reduced\nconcentration after lunch. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-image\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/monastere.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/old\/2019\/10\/Recette-rouleaux-vegetariens-monastere-des-augustines-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Rolls\" class=\"wp-image-5164\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cashew and Curry p\u00e2t\u00e9<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p> <strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p> &#8211; \u00bd cup sunflower seeds soaked for twelve hours and well rinsed<br> &#8211;  \u00bd cup cashew nuts soaked for twelve hours and rinsed thoroughly<br> &#8211;  \u00bc cup of water or vegetable broth<br> &#8211;  1 tablespoon olive oil<br> &#8211;  Juice of one lemon<br> &#8211;  \u00bd red pepper (or other seasonal vegetable)<br> &#8211;  1 clove of crushed garlic or \u00bc teaspoon of garlic flower<br> &#8211;  4 to 6 sprigs of parsley<br> &#8211;  1 teaspoon yellow curry<br> &#8211;  \u00bd teaspoon of turmeric<br> &#8211;  Sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p> <strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix the seeds and nuts in\na blender with water, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. <\/li><li>Add parsley, garlic and\nspices. Grind at high speed until a smooth and homogeneous texture is obtained.<\/li><li>Add broth if necessary.<\/li><li>Taste and adjust the\nseasoning if necessary.<\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>The nut and seed p\u00e2t\u00e9 can be stored for three days in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-heading\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> &#8220;All-season&#8221; Roll<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p> <strong>Ingredients<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>&#8211; 1 rice paper (spring roll skin\/wrapper) soaked in warm water or 1 vegetable wrap <br> &#8211;  Green-leaf vegetables (spinach, lettuce, etc.)<br> &#8211;  Grated carrots or beets<br> &#8211;  Sliced avocado<br> &#8211;  Basil, parsley or coriander leaves <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>P<strong>reparation <\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-list\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Arrange the greens or\nrice paper on a plate, Add the p\u00e2t\u00e9, vegetables and avocado. <\/li><li>Roll up the rice paper or\nwrap.<\/li><li>Enjoy! <\/li><\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>You can also prepare a colourful salad and enjoy the p\u00e2t\u00e9 with slices of\ncucumber, zucchini or crackers made with vegetables and whole grains (for\nexample: quinoa, rice, buckwheat).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">***<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"item wysiwyg component-paragraph\" ><div class=\"container\">\n<p>On January 26, 2020, Imane Lahlou will be visiting the Monast\u00e8re des Augustines for a Health and Wellness class.
