Discover the Yoga dance classes. It combines the multiple benefits of dance and yoga practices. In three parts the class develops strength, coordination, and flexibility.  The warm-up based on dance exercises, articulates and strengthens the body. Next, energy and physical range increase with movement and coordination phrases. Finally a cool down with asanas (body position), stretch and meditation. The surprise element is the joy experienced by freeing oneself with music and movement.

Important notes

Classes are held on alternate Saturdays, from february 22, 2019, to july, 2019. 

No class on may 2nd, 2020.
